Is it possible to move into houses/gazebos with pets?Response:
We welcome guests with pets and allow them to come with them. The accommodation in daytime facilities is complimentary, and in cottages the surcharge will be 2000 rubles for the entire stay.

Do you have any places to set up tents?Response:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay with tents on the territory of Ladoga Park, but you can rent cozy cottages at our base.

When should I make an additional payment for the booking?Response:
You can make the remaining payment online at any time via the booking confirmation that you received by email. It is also possible to make a payment directly at the base from the administrator before check-in.

How can I cancel my booking or make changes to it?Response:
To change the dates of the booking or the accommodation, please email us booking@ladogapark.ru indicating the booking number and the full name of the guest for whom it was made. If alternative options are available according to your request, we will make adjustments to the booking.
Cancellation of a reservation with a refund is possible if the conditions for a refund specified in the public offer are met. If these conditions are met, please email us booking@ladogapark.ru indicating the booking number, the full name of the guest for whom it was issued, his passport scan, as well as an application for a refund.
