At Ladoga Park, we believe that real rest begins with caring. That is why we have created the Lada Club loyalty program to make each of your visits not just pleasant, but truly special.

Rules for participation in the loyalty program

The program is valid for guests of the Ladoga Park recreation center.

Participation is free and voluntary.

Any guest over the age of 18 can become a participant in the program.

  1. <p>It is necessary to visit the base at least once.</p>
  2. <p>When booking directly (on the website, by phone or through a manager), the guest indicates that he wants to join the program.</p>
  3. <p>The guest fills out a short questionnaire (electronically or at the reception).</p>
  4. <p>After registration, the guest receives the starting status — <strong>"Guest"</strong>.</p>

  • For each booked night of stay at the Ladoga Park Recreation center, the program participant receives 10 Bonus points.
  • Points are awarded only for bookings made on the official website, by phone or through the database manager .
  • Additionally, you can receive bonuses for participating in promotions, events and for recommendations from friends (for example, 100 points for each invited guest after his first stay).
  • Points are awarded after completion of the stay and full payment .
  • The maximum number of points per session is unlimited.

1 bonus point = 1 ruble discounts on the following recreation center services.

Minimum number of points to deduct — 100 points (equivalent to 100 rubles).

Points can be used to pay up to 50 % of the cost of accommodation or additional services (for example, bathroom rental, equipment rental).

To deduct points when booking, you must notify the manager or indicate this in your personal account on the website.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or gift certificates.

Accumulated points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of accrual.

If you do not use your points during this period, they will burn out automatically.

Upon re-booking and participation in the program, the validity period of the points is extended.

In addition to standard points, high-level participants (for example, "Guardians of the Lake" and "Ambassadors of Ladoga") can receive personal bonuses and gifts that cannot be exchanged for points.

Bonuses for friends' recommendations cannot be combined with other promotions and are provided separately.

Points and bonuses cannot be transferred to other persons.

The base administration reserves the right to adjust the terms of the program and the rules for awarding points with the notification of participants.

In case of cancellation, the points awarded for this booking will not be refunded.
